Terms of Service

1. The service

Card Market Intelligence provides searchable collectible-market information, portfolio tools, grade estimators, watchlists, wishlists, and modeled forecasts. Market data may come from licensed or third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after publication.

2. Estimates—not financial advice

Prices, grades, projections, market signals, and generated responses are estimates for informational purposes. They are not appraisals, guarantees, investment recommendations, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying a collectible and deciding whether to buy, sell, grade, insure, or hold it.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not misuse the service, probe its security, scrape it in violation of technical controls, or interfere with other users.

4. Membership and renewal

The membership costs $24.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. It renews automatically each month until canceled. Stripe processes payments and stores payment-card details; CardMarketIntelligence.com stores only Stripe references and subscription status.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel through Billing and Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and data sources. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular forecast result, or continued coverage of any collectible or marketplace.

7. Intellectual property

The service design, software, original text, and modeled outputs are owned by Card Market Intelligence or its licensors. Provider names, images, market data, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card Market Intelligence disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, or trading losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

10. Governing law and contact
