Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly renewal

Membership is billed at $24.99 USD per month, plus any applicable tax shown by Stripe at checkout. It renews automatically on the billing date displayed in your Stripe Customer Portal.

How to cancel

Open Account, select Billing, choose Manage subscription, and cancel through Stripe. Unless Stripe displays a different effective date, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then.

Refund requests

Because membership provides immediate access to digital features, completed subscription charges are generally non-refundable. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, incorrectly calculated, or the paid service was materially unavailable. We will review the account and issue refunds when required by law or when we determine a billing error occurred.

Failed payments and access

Stripe may retry a failed payment. Member access may be limited when a subscription is unpaid, canceled, incomplete, or expired and will be restored when Stripe confirms an eligible active subscription.

Requesting help

Include the account email, charge date, and a description of the issue. Do not send a full card number, security code, password, or other payment credentials.
