Information we collect

We collect account details such as username, email address, verification status, and security credentials; billing-contact information you provide; Stripe customer and subscription references; and content you save in portfolios, watchlists, wishlists, searches, grade-estimator requests, or assistant prompts.

We may also receive ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request timestamps, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, error logs, and feature usage.

Payment information

Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. Payment-card numbers do not pass through or get stored by CardMarketIntelligence.com. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide requested features, process memberships, synchronize access after payment events, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, authentication, email delivery, AI-assisted features, licensed market data, analytics, security, and payments. We provide only the information reasonably needed for those services and do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for billing, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and service operations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update billing information through the Billing page and Stripe portal, cancel a membership, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, or law.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age of digital consent, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
